I build things
people want to use.
I’m Aaron Dungca — ecommerce operator, revenue leader, studio founder, collector, DJ-in-progress and relentlessly curious human.

Builder first.
Title second.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of customers, revenue and building.
Nearly four years at Shopify taught me merchants. Joining Rebuy early taught me scale. Building Slam Dunks Studios from scratch taught me what it feels like to be the merchant.
I’m happiest close to the work: talking to customers, finding the constraint, making the system better, and using technology to create leverage without losing the human part.
Off the clock? I’m probably collecting cards, making something with my daughter, finding a sneaker I forgot I owned, learning to DJ, or following some completely unnecessary curiosity.
Scale is a team sport.
I like ambitious goals, low ego, merchant empathy and measurable outcomes.
Early employee → VP Customer Success. Helped scale from roughly $2M to $30M+ ARR and built teams across Customer Success and Launch.
Customer Success → Plus SDR → Plus AE. Learned the merchant journey from the inside and generated $7M+ in attributed ACV.
Building Slam Dunks, exploring high-leverage revenue roles, and staying very close to what ecommerce operators actually need.
Things I’m building,
testing & learning.
Work and play overlap around here.
Slam Dunks Studios
A design-led curation studio for modern nostalgia. Small-batch objects, trading cards, music and the ongoing experiment of becoming the merchant I spent a career serving.
Revenue systems that feel human
I build post-sale functions close to the customer: retention, expansion, onboarding, merchant success, AI-enabled workflows and the operating systems underneath it all.
Music for the in-between
DJ mixes, late-night bangers, day-party energy and a side quest that became part of the studio. Because not every useful thing needs a KPI.

Stay awhile.
A rotating playlist from whatever corner of my brain currently has the aux.
Currently
into...
A living list. No strategic value required.
Collecting
Pokémon, Marvel, sneakers and tiny artifacts with oversized stories.
Making
3D printing, card displays, market booths, weird Shopify sections and physical ideas you can hold.
Mixing
Learning in public, building sets and rediscovering music one transition at a time.
Experimenting
AI workflows, price elasticity, pop-ups, acquisition channels. Try it, measure it, keep the lesson.
01Stay close to the customer.
02Be open to adapting.
03Give first. Expect nothing.
04Use tech for leverage, not distance.
05Do something that makes people smile.
